Accident & Loss
In case of transport accident or loss the customer have 14 days from the reception of the product to notify us of default or loss of the product (with proof)
the product is re-created at the artist discretion and returned in case of damage or loss, no refund is made for loss and damage during transport.
Guarantee of Return
Due to the custom nature of all the products we cannot issue refunds or cancellations if the artist already started the work unless the artist makes an exception.
Given the custom nature of the product we cannot put in place a guaranteed return policy but we introduce the following warranty; in case of dissatisfaction of the physical final product the customer has 30/14 days from the reception of the product to return it to the original company (which adress will be given) for inspection, in its original condition.
To begin the refund process, simply send an e-mail to support@livelypaint.com to request a refund of a specific item in an order within 14 days of receiving your artist’s article. Once your claim for reimbursement is confirmed, we will send you an address to send the painting back in its original container and it must be delivered within 14 days (after which the claim will be considered abandoned and your payment will be returned to the artist).
Reimbursements will be issued within 14 days of receipt of your painting, and once a refund is issued, the credit will appear on your bank statement within 3 to 10 business days. (PayPal payments will appear immediately on your account)
A customer opening a dispute with his bank, credit card, (paypal), or other method of payments withdraws from his right to return guarantee.
Theses guarantee claims are limited to one (1) claims for reimbursement per 365-day period per client. One claim can be made for one item in an order. LivelyPaint may refuse refunds at our sole discretion if we believe that a refund is requested by the same customer more than the number of times authorized under this policy. The client is responsible for the full payment of all orders that are denied a refund under this policy.

Paintings are shipped securely. They are rolled and protected in sealed airtight cylinders.
In a narrow space, it is advisable to buy a small painting or several small paintings. This way you can arrange them however you want to take up the wall. Small triptych squares (several small tables next to each other) could also be a good option. This configuration is also a good solution for long spaces like a hallway or staircase.
A standard bedroom can easily accommodate medium-sized paintings (60x60cm, 50x50cm, 50x70cm). It will fit in many situations. You should avoid buying a painting that is too small as it will not complement the wall. Medium tables are the most popular formats.
If you have chosen a large painting (100x100 cm, 80x80 cm, 70x70 cm), opt for a light wall and make the work the focal point of the room. Dare an XXL screen in rooms with high ceilings. A large rectangular painting (40 x 120 cm or 50 x 150 cm) creates a nice horizontal effect over a pump or sofa.
It depends on the size and complexity of the painting, usually around 15 days. (Due to Covid there may be unexpected delays)
Yes! You can write instructions to our artists. You can also describe a color or tone in the instructions box for your artist.
Yes! Simply write in the instruction box which items you would like the artist to remove. (person, object, etc.)
